Mission:
The Kidney Champion Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of historically marginalized and underserved communities of people at risk for or living with kidney disease. Our goal is to uplift their voices and provide them with the resources and support they need to take their lives back from kidney disease for a healthy quality of life. We do this by educating them about the disease while advocating for inclusive, and equitable access to care.
Vision:
Our vision is to create a world where all individuals living with kidney disease have the support and resources they need to live fulfilling and healthy lives. We achieve this through advocacy, education, and empowering our community of kidney warriors to celebrate and embrace their unique journeys. Guided by our values of compassion, inclusivity, and determination, we work towards a future where kidney disease is no longer a barrier to living a full and meaningful life.
